Annual Membership Meeting
February 1, 2013 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Prosit Neujahr! You are cordially invited to attend this year’s membership meeting on Friday, February 1, at 7 p.m. There will be some very good wines from the cellar to drink with our — by now traditional — quiz game and cheeses and bread to go with the wines. There will also be short reports on how we arrive at prices for a tasting and the report on the chapter’s finances, membership, etc.
It is at this annual meeting we elect new officers. We are anticipating vacancies on the board this coming year, including the possibility that our current president plans to step aside, into the emeritus position. This election is critical to the future of the society and your vote counts!! We should take advantage of this opportunity to introduce fresh thinking into guiding the evolution of the society and planning future events. Please consider giving back to the Chapter by serving on the board or by volunteering to plan a monthly tasting. It is very important that you come and vote at this meeting — it is your chapter and you can help shape its activities by voting.

The wines we will be tasting are a spectacular vertical tasting through which we will impart an appreciation of how our favorite wines will age.
